Federal Agency Services
Bashen Corporation (“Bashen”) offers federal agencies Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) services during the pre-complaint and formal investigative process through our business unit, Conflict Bridge Mediations™.
Bashen has conducted thousands of mediations using the facilitative method to help involved parties focus on the advantages of a compromised resolution. Our mediations resolve the potential risks and costs associated with complaint escalation.
Conflict Bridge includes Bashen’s philosophy of building EEO initiatives through proactive measures to resolve disputes at the earliest level. For 30 years, we have worked with organizations experiencing workplace conflicts. Often, conflicts may be resolved with open communication that empowers individuals to discuss their issues. The Conflict Bridge consultant helps the parties focus on the advantages of a compromised resolution, as well as the potential risks and costs associated with complaint escalation, instead of complaint resolution.
Our mediators are versed in the federal process and are also certified EEO investigators. This extensive knowledge is invaluable when mediating federal discrimination disputes. All parties need to be heard in a neutral environment and earnest negotiations must be pursued to achieve resolutions when possible. Bashen’s mediation process is completely confidential, and Conflict Bridge Mediations adheres to MD-110 29 C.F.R. § 1614.102 (b)(2) requirements.
