eeoComply is the newest addition to Bashen’s software line and empowers federal agencies to perform comprehensive diversity assessments and fulfill EEOC reporting requirements. eeoComply enables agencies to generate the entire MD-715 report electronically through a complete series of dynamic workforce tracking and reporting tools. It also aids in affirmative employment planning and tracking by offering snapshots of the agency’s workforce. Particulars include:
