LinkLine is our patented flagship product that allows private companies and federal agencies to accept EEO complaints online and via a toll-free 800 number. Claims are entered directly into the system where they are investigated and tracked either internally by the company or externally by Bashen Corporation. All investigation activities and virtual documents are securely stored in LinkLine.

EEOcaselink handles the workflow process that is specific to the federal sector. EEOcaselink can handle the complaint from initial entry to final resolution. EEOcaselink will track each case through counseling, ADR and the formal complaint procedures, allowing the investigator to have all of the relevant information readily available at all times. Designed specifically to meet the needs of Federal Agencies, EEOcaselink follows the CFR Part 1614 flow.
